Meet your therapist

A person first.
A therapist alongside you.

Therapy can make room for your questions, your uncertainty, and your own sense of what matters.

Anika Malcolm, LCSW

Care that sees the whole person.

Anika is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her approach brings together person-centered care, cognitive behavioral therapy, and trauma-informed, body-oriented practices.

Finding a therapist is personal. The work begins with listening and building trust, then making a practical plan together. Personal values or faith can be part of therapy, if you choose.

A thoughtful beginning

You do not need the perfect words.

Start with what has been difficult, what you are curious about, or what you hope might change. The first conversation is a chance to see whether working together feels right for you.
